This action is brought to recover for personal injuries claimed to have been suffered by plaintiff when he fell while descending steps of St. Edward's Hall in the City of Shamokin, Northumberland County, on June 3, 1951. The action was started by the issuance of a summons in trespass on May 28, 1953, which was shortly before the expiration of the two-year statute of limitations.
