This is an appeal by defendants from the judgment entered in favor of claimant in a workmen's compensation case.

Claimant was injured in the course of his employment on May 8, 1951. An open agreement was entered into under which claimant was paid compensation at the rate of $25 per week from May 15, 1951, to October 15, 1951. He returned to work although partially...
