This is an appeal from a judgment in the district court of Jefferson County in a suit for benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St. art. 8306, § 1 et seq. Agnes Champaigne was the injured workman, Texas Employers' Insurance Association was the insurance carrier, and Cummer-Graham Company was the employer. Agnes Champaigne was injured on May 12, 1954, while working at her machine in the employer's box factory...
