In my partial adjudication filed December 2, 1955, I awarded back to the accountant 1/48th of the balance shown therein to be held for William P. Jenks, 2nd, and 1/48th to be held for Judith Jenks Olson. The remaining 23/24ths were awarded to the persons entitled.
