On July 29, 1955, an instrument in writing, dated October 26, 1950, was presented to the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, as the last will and testament of Emelie M. Schulz, deceased. Thereafter, several hearings were had relative to the probate of such will. On January 27, 1956, the trial court entered "the final order denying admission" of the instrument to probate.
