Plaintiff, trustee for the surviving spouse and next of kin of the decedent, appeals from a judgment for the defendant.

Joseph C. Swigerd, plaintiff's decedent, suffered a cerebral hemorrhage on October 19, 1953, and on that date he was admitted to the Ortonville Municipal Hospital. Sometime thereafter he developed a bedsore which required treatment by the use of a heat lamp. On November 5, 1953, decedent received burns as a result of a fire...
