Shearer and Jack Davis, for personal injuries they sustained when the automobile in which they were riding collided with the automobile driven by James A. Shults, an employee of Armstrong Tire and Rubber Company. Shearer and Davis, at the time of the collision, were passengers and guests in a Ford automobile driven by T. G.
