This appeal is from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board entered October 15, 1956, affirming an order of the State Compensation Commissioner, refusing to reopen the claim of the employee, Stewart A. Bostic. Prior to March 15, 1956, the employee had been granted certain disability ratings totaling fifty per cent.
