DeWees, to recover the sum of two thousand dollars, which the plaintiff claims as damages for the destruction of his 1952 Model Willys automobile, alleged to have resulted from a collision on June 6, 1953, on State Route No. 10 in Wyoming County, West Virginia, from the alleged negligent operation...
