Defendant was charged in Counts I, II, III and IV with forgery of checks, and in Counts V, VI and VII with forgery of fictitious name on checks. In a trial by jury he was found guilty as to the first six counts and not guilty as to Count VII. He appeals from the "judgment" and "order" denying his motion for a new trial. (There were two judgments, and two orders denying motion for new trial.)
