Robert E. Annable, the administrator of the estate of Lawrence M. Millward, commenced this action in the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, to determine the heirs of his decedent, who died intestate on March 28, 1955, a resident of Ohio, and whose estate was being administered in the court.
