Testator, a bachelor, died in 1934, leaving a will executed by him on November 18, 1926, and four codicils thereto. By the second clause or paragraph of his will he created a trust of $300,000 for the benefit of Camilla Ross Austin, a niece, and of Margaret Erskine Canby. By the third paragraph he created a second trust out of his residuary estate for the benefit of two grandnieces, Dorothy Knight Colford and Clara Dwight Colford, minors...
