Roberto J. Tijerina sued Ana G. Tijerina, his mother, joined by his father, in trespass to try title to recover eleven pieces of property which he deeded to her in 1941. Plaintiff obtained a favorable jury verdict, which found that his father intentionally represented to plaintiff that the instrument was a power of attorney and that plaintiff executed and acknowledged the deed by reason of the father's false inducements and those of the notary.
