Automatic Welding Machine Company, hereinafter called Automatic, constructed a piece of machinery for Lauer & Associates, Inc., hereinafter called Lauer, which Lauer, in turn, had contracted to design, build and deliver to the Brunswick-Balke-Collender Company, hereinafter called Brunswick.
