This is a suit for the recovery of damages for personal injuries and property damages to plaintiff's automobile which resulted from a collision with a dump truck on U. S. Highway No. 65 near the Town of Lake Providence in East Carroll Parish. Made defendants were Vail Delony and Howard C.
