On March 5, 1951, while a member of the crew of a Panamanian vessel, he entered the United States as a non-immigrant pursuant to a twenty-nine day seaman's pass which was issued to him by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Petitioner remained in the United States beyond the twenty-nine day period without authority until July 3, 1951, when he was served with a warrant for arrest in a deportation...
