This suit was instituted by plaintiff, a physician who owns the A. C. Wadlington Clinic, located in the Town of Farmerville, for the collection of an account alleged to be due for medical expenses, treatment and hospital charges and expenses. Plaintiff alleged that the account represented treatment furnished V. D. Bagwell, an employee of Frank Barron, a general contractor of Farmerville.
