George Jury, at the time of his death intestate in 1929, was the owner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, Township 10, Range 7, in Clarke County, Mississippi. The appellees are his heirs at law. They claim to be the owners of the land as such heirs.
