Jacques Wolf died on January 26, 1954, a resident of Essex County, New Jersey, and his last will and testament has been admitted to probate by this court. Under paragraph Seven, clause 5 of said will, a trust of approximately $350,000 was set up to pay a pension of $125 per month to each employee of Jacques Wolf & Co., in the employ of said company at the date of decedent's death, "who may hereafter retire after having served with said Company...
