This is an appeal by Edwin D. Harris, a resident of San Patricio County, from an order of the District Court of Jackson County in a suit pending in that county overruling Harris' plea of privilege to be sued in the county of his residence. The plaintiff in the suit was Henry Cleveland. He joined Harris as co-defendant with three residents of Jackson County, the latter being E. W. Meador, Bedford Meador and Lathy Jetton, sued as partners doing business...
