This appeal by Maule Industries, Inc. is from a judgment of the District Court reversing an order of a referee in bankruptcy which required Ludwig Bros., Inc. and its receiver, acting under order of a state court of Florida, to turn over to the Trustee in Bankruptcy of Ludwig Corporation, bankrupt, the property of Ludwig Bros., Inc. in the possession of said state court receiver.
