Plaintiffs in this action are seeking to recover damages under Sections 4 and 5 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 15 and 16, on the ground that they have been injured in their business and properties by reason of violations by defendants of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1 and 2.
