Plaintiff, Scottsbluff National Bank, brought this action against defendant, First State Bank, Gothenburg, Nebraska, seeking to recover damages allegedly caused by defendant's negligence in failing to collect or timely comply with instructions to wire nonpayment of a check drawn on defendant.
