Brown, filed suit individually and as next friend of his minor son, Norman Brown, against appellee, Panhandle & Santa Fe Railway Company, seeking damages in the total sum of $421,000 as a result of alleged injuries received by Norman Brown on April 14, 1952, in the Santa Fe Railway yards at Slaton, Texas...
