This is a suit in equity in which the plaintiff seeks injunctive relief against the defendant because of circumstances which shall hereinafter appear. Both parties are corporations and own the land upon which their respective plants are located in Worcester in the vicinity of Muskeego, Nebraska, Winona and Albany streets. All of the streets except Albany are public ways.
