Eddie Little and S. H. Killingsworth, d/b/a Red Chain Feed Store, as plaintiffs, brought suit against Seth Roberson and wife for debt. The Robersons, defendants, claimed a set-off because of defective chickens sold to them by plaintiffs and also claimed plaintiffs failed to find a market for certain other chickens.
