This is a petitory action wherein plaintiffs, five in number, as the surviving heirs of Ed Jenkins and Roxanne Warren Jenkins, both deceased, assert ownership of the whole of a certain tract of land comprising 170 acres, more or less, situated in Union Parish, Louisiana. Plaintiffs claim title by inheritance from their aforesaid parents and by inheritance from a brother, Ralph Jenkins, a sixth child of their aforesaid father and mother. Ralph Jenkins...
