Burnham Hungary, an Arapahoe Indian, was arrested without a warrant by Highway Patrolman F.R. Minshall near Kinnear in Fremont County, Wyoming, October 12, 1954, on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and failing to have a driver's license.
