CARTER, Justice.

This action was brought by Mary Marshall against County of Nance to recover $77 for nursing-home care furnished to Catherine Cyza, an indigent person. A supplemental petition was subsequently filed praying for an additional sum of $210. The trial court found for the plaintiff and entered a judgment for the amount claimed. The county appeals.
