Miss Rhea L. Alana, a saleswoman who, at the time of the accident on which this suit is based, was in the employ of a store known as "Maxine's", owned by David V. Burnstein and Joseph Burnstein, brought this suit for damages against the former and against the widow of the latter whose husband, Joseph Burnstein, had died, alleging that while in the performance of her duties in the store she "slipped and fell" and sustained physical injuries as the result...
