While much of defendant's brief is devoted to another issue, such brief does request a reversal and dismissal of plaintiff's complaint on the grounds that the negligence of plaintiff's insured, Simon, was at least equal to or greater than that of defendant's insured, Hamm. We deem this issue to be decisive of the appeal.

The collision occurred about 4:15 p. m. on March 11, 1954, at a right-angle street intersection in the city of Wisconsin Rapids...
