This is an action in which the plaintiff seeks to have the court declare null and void a certain trust instrument executed by her mother, Clara K. Nebel, on May 31, 1951, whereby she designated the defendant, The Central Trust Company, trustee of certain personal and real property which she then and thereafter transferred to it. Clara K.
