This is an appeal from a judgment in the District Court sentencing Hall to two years imprisonment on a verdict of the jury finding him guilty of unlawfully, wilfully and knowingly assaulting, resisting, impeding, opposing and intimidating two federal agents in the performance of their official duties in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 111. Appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict and the only question before us is addressed...
