GARFIELD, Justice.

In its petition for rehearing plaintiff-appellant argues with much vigor a contention we desire to answer. Of course the contention should have been made upon the original submission and not withheld until the petition for rehearing.

Division I of our opinion points out the trial court erred in refusing to compel plaintiff to disclose the cost or valuation it had placed upon its machinery, jigs, dies and tools by sustaining plaintiff's objections...
