DAVIDSON, Judge.

This is a conviction for possessing marijuana, with punishment assessed at two years in the penitentiary.

An officer of the city of San Antonio received a call to investigate an automobile parked on a city street. A search of the automobile revealed four marijuana cigarettes in an envelope behind the raised sun visor. The officer replaced the cigarettes where he had found them, and then backed and parked the police car nearby in order to watch...
