Wehmeyer and wife, dated December 15, 1950, for the principal sum of $5,000, payable in quarterly installments of $150 each, including interest, providing for 10% attorney's fees if placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, and secured by liens on a parcel of land described as the southwest...
