The facts in this case are not in dispute. On July 2, 1952, Wayne W. Nessler was driving his automobile in Colorado. Plaintiff was riding with him as a passenger. There was an accident in which Nessler died and plaintiff was injured. At the time of the accident Nessler was a resident of Minnesota.
