This is a tort action wherein the plaintiff seeks damages for personal injuries as well as property damages to his automobile. An accident occurred shortly after dark at the end of a service road on the Air Line Highway between Baton Rouge and Gonzales, Louisiana. The plaintiff alleges the Department of Highways of the State of Louisiana did not maintain an adequate warning system at the end of the service road and that he drove his car into a ditch...
