The plaintiff below, Zella Fox, sued the executrix of the estate of Clarence P. Fox and a Mrs. Paul Norris to recover from those defendants and each of them money damages for injuries she sustained on November 10, 1952, in an automobile accident alleged to have occurred as a result of defendants' negligence and while plaintiff was riding as a passenger for compensation in the automobile...
