Appellant, Porter Hamby, who will also be referred to as plaintiff, sued to recover damages for personal injuries he received as the result of a collision between a pickup truck that was being driven by defendant and an automobile that was being driven by some undisclosed third person. Appellant was riding in the pick-up truck with defendant Key, and claims to have been doing so as Key's employee. He charged in his petition that defendant was guilty...
