This appeal involves the construction of the last will and testament of Mrs. Anna F.C. Martin, deceased. The decedent died on December 3, 1942. On January 2, 1943, there was admitted to probate in common form in the Chancery Court of Harrison County five certain instruments of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of the decedent.
