On the afternoon of May 22, 1949, plaintiff was riding as a passenger in the 1941 Dodge sedan automobile owned and driven by John A. Jones, and she alleges that she sustained certain physical injuries when the Jones car collided with a 1947 Plymouth automobile owned by Walter Wiltz, Jr., but which was being driven at the time by Dr. Royall T. Liles. The Jones automobile was traveling on Laurel Street, a one-way thoroughfare, in a downtown direction...
