BARNARD, P.J.

The defendant was indicted by the San Diego County grand jury on two counts of perjury. The first count charged him with swearing falsely before the grand jury on July 7, 1954, and a second count with swearing falsely before the same body on November 24, 1954. A jury found him guilty on both counts, and he has appealed from the judgment.
