Plaintiff-appellee is one of the six children of Mrs. Kohar Tomasian, now deceased. Mrs. Tomasian's will, after provision for payment of debts and funeral expenses, devised and bequeathed a sum to a named charity, and the residue of her estate equally to her six children, who are also her sole heirs.1 The only witnesses to the will were two of her daughters, appellants here.
