This is an appeal from the trial court's order granting defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint in equity. Plaintiff Houston, the owner of a trailer camp, and certain of his tenants, sought to invalidate the proceedings which annexed the property where the trailer camp was located to the defendant, Village of Maywood, and also sought to enjoin the enforcement of the ordinances of the defendant...
