On pulling a handswitch, plaintiff Ashlock received a severe electrical shock on July 6, 1952 in the course of his employment with the Rowan Drilling Company, Inc. He was hospitalized for six days. The doctors discharged him as without residual disability after six weeks, for which Ashlock received full compensation. On July 6, 1953, Ashlock filed this demand for workmen's compensation for total and permanent disability. After trial, his suit was dismissed...
