This is an appeal from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court granting a release to petitioner-appellee in a habeas corpus proceeding on the ground that "in the trial of petitioner's case he was effectively deprived of the right of counsel within the meaning and spirit of Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution of the state of Ohio and the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America."
