The appellant, Wendell Lee Alexander, along with three other defendants, at the May, 1956, term of the Court of General Sessions for Richland County, pleaded guilty to housebreaking and grand larceny. The appellant was, by the presiding Judge, sentenced to imprisonment for a term of six years.
