The principal question presented by this appeal is, as stated in the application: "The Court (of Civil Appeals) erred in holding in effect that the payment of a liquidated, undisputed item, admittedly due and owing, constituted a consideration for the release of a disputed item under the supplemental contract of insurance in question." We have concluded that the point is good.
