I.D. Knox died on June 15, 1928 and his son, David S. Knox, who was a minor seventeen years of age, became entitled to receive the sum of $833.34 from an insurance policy on the life of his father. It became necessary because of the minority of David S. Knox that some suitable person be appointed his guardian. Pursuant to due application by the said minor, E.A.
